Hempstead shooting leaves 3 men wounded, Nassau police say
Three men were hospitalized after they were shot early Thursday on Terrace Avenue in Hempstead, police said.
The incident occurred at 12:59 a.m. on the sidewalk across from 100 Terrace Ave., Nassau County police said.
The shooting victims were identified only as three men, ages 17, 19 and 20. Police did not describe their injuries — or conditions.
Police are asking anyone with information regarding the shooting to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS.
All calls will remain confidential.
