Levittown man chased acquaintance on foot, by car, police say

A Levittown man has been charged with reckless endangerment after he yelled at another male and chased him on foot and by car, Nassau County police said.
The victim was riding his bicycle on Division Avenue in Levittown about 4:45 p.m. Monday when Tyler Lima, 18, started following him on foot and yelling threats, police said.
The victim fled on his bicycle and Lima chased him in his Honda sedan for several blocks, at one point following him the wrong way on a one-way street, police said.
Police said the victim, who knew Lima, got away and called police.
Lima was arrested at his home on Albatross Road without incident, police said.
He was arraigned Tuesday in First District Court in Hempstead on a felony charge of reckless endangerment, according to online records, The court issued a temporary order of protection and Lima was released on his own recognizance, records show.
