MASSAPEQUA/Robbers victimize woman at Sunrise Mall
Nassau police are searching for two men who allegedly robbed a woman outside the Sunrise Mall in Massapequa after one of them claimed he had a gun.
The victim, age 23, relinquished her wallet after two men confronted her outside the mall's east side exit, police said. The subjects fled on foot in the direction of Sunrise Highway, police said.
No one was injured in the Saturday night incident, which happened at about 6:30 p.m.
Police are asking anyone with information to call 1-800-244-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous, police said.

ELMONT/Three men sought in gas station robbery
Nassau police are looking for three suspects in a robbery of a gas station in Elmont.
Three men robbed the USA Gas Station at 1278 Hempstead Tpke. of an undisclosed amount of cash and fled on foot, police said. One man was armed with a handgun and the other two held knives, police said.
No one was injured in the incident, which happened on Saturday night at about 9:25 p.m., police said.
Police are asking anyone with information on the robbery to call 1-800-244-TIPS. Callers will remain anonymous, police said.
