Nassau County police have released surveillance camera footage of a man they believe robbed a woman outside Green Acres Mall on Feb. 11.

A 60-year-old woman was walking in the Macy’s parking lot at the mall at about 4:15 p.m. on Feb. 11 when the man approached her. He displayed a handgun and took the woman’s rings before fleeing the scene.

The woman was not injured.

The man has not yet been arrested, a police spokeswoman said.

The video footage, which was obtained by police from the mall recently, shows a man dressed in a dark jacket and blue hoodie walking on a sidewalk near the mall.

Police ask anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-244-8477. All calls will remain confidential.
