A Queens man was arrested Saturday after he cut another man across his face with a knife outside of a Westbury night club, Nassau County Police said.

Juan Orengo, 27, of Richmond Hill, got into an argument around 2 a.m. with his ex-girlfriend and a man she was with at Glo Night Club, 737 Merrick Ave., police said.

Officials said Orengo followed his ex and the man out of the nightclub, threatened them, and then pulled out a knife. Orengo slashed the 23-year-old male victim across the nose causing a 3-inch deep laceration, police said.

The victim was later taken to Nassau University Medical Center in East Meadow for treatment.

Orengo is charged with second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree menacing. He is scheduled to be arraigned Sunday in First District Court in Hempstead.
