Man fired gun on North Baldwin street after dispute, cops say

Police said they are searching for a man with a skeleton-pattern mask who pulled “a large black handgun” during a confrontation outside a restaurant on Grand Avenue in North Baldwin on Tuesday.
Nassau County police said no one was injured when the shot was fired into the ground at about 2 p.m. after a verbal confrontation. Police said the man who fired the shot fled the scene on foot.
Police said the suspect sought for reckless endangerment wore a multicolored sweatshirt, a “skeleton pattern” face mask, red shorts and red sneakers.
