Credit: Suffolk County police have released surveillance images of a man they are seeking in connection with the theft of items from a Huntington store on multiple occasions during the past six months.

At least five times over the past six months, the man in the Yankees hat has entered a Target store on East Jericho Turnpike in Huntington, pocketed items — and walked out, police said.

Now, Suffolk County police are hopeful you recognize the suspect from surveillance footage and help them catch the petit larceny suspect in the baseball cap.

Police said that since November “a man fitting the same description” went to the Target store at least five times, stealing iPhones, watches and even a hover board.

Each time, police said, he wore that Yankees hat, as well as dark color clothing and white sneakers. The suspect was driving a black Chevrolet Tahoe. The SUV has incorrect license plates, police said.

Police are asking anyone with information about the incidents to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.

All calls will remain confidential and police said callers are eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information leading to an arrest.
