Suffolk County police and Crime Stoppers are looking for a man who damaged a front door at a Smithtown jewelry store in August.

Police on Tuesday released photographs of the suspect taken from video surveillance at the Gold Mine, a jewelry store at 134 W. Main St.

At about 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 31 the suspect kicked in the front door, breaking its glass, police said.

Police said the suspect did not enter the business to take anything.
