Police are looking for a man who wore a surgical mask while he robbed a Lake Grove bank Friday evening, Suffolk police said.

Major Case Unit detectives said a man entered the TD Bank at 2282 Middle Country Rd. about 7:35 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money.

The teller complied and the suspect left the scene walking west on Middle Country Road, police said.

He was described as standing 5-foot-10 to 6-feet tall with a medium build.

He was wearing a surgical mask, a red-hooded sweatshirt covered by a green shirt, and brown pants.

Detectives are asking anyone with information to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS.
