A man robbed a Patchogue bank Monday afternoon, Suffolk police said.

The robber entered the Capital One bank at 116 East Main St. and handed a teller a demand note at about 2 p.m., police said. The teller complied and the man fled through the bank parking lot, police said.

The robber was described as approximately 5 feet, 6 inches to 5 feet, 8 inches tall with a medium build. He was wearing a blue hooded jacket, dark pants, dark gloves and dark sunglasses.
