Fingerprints at the crime scene led to the arrest Wednesday of a Northport man for burglary, Nassau County police said.

Anthony Lagalante, 36, of Richlee Drive, was arrested in Farmingdale on a burglary charge after his fingerprint was a match for one left at the Perfume Plus kiosk at Westfield Sunrise Mall in East Massapequa, police said.

About 9:30 on Jan. 10, a suspect removed 30 bottles of perfume from the kiosk’s display case, police said.

Lagalante also is charged criminal possession of marijuana; police said that when he was arrested, he was in possession of the illegal substance.

He is scheduled to be arraigned on Thursday at First District Court in Hempstead.
