Police are investigating a late-night shooting at a North Amityville apartment complex that left one person dead Tuesday.

Suffolk County Police said they received a 911 call reporting shots fired at 2 Andpress Plaza at 11:14 p.m. Tuesday.

They responded to find one person dead. No information about the victim has been released by police and no arrests have been made in the incident, police said Wednesday.

The complex, which consists of several low buildings and parking areas, is located on Harrison Avenue just east of Route 110 and directly across the street from a local cemetery.
