3 masked men rob Chinese restaurant in Roosevelt, cops say

Three masked men robbed a Roosevelt restaurant of cash and a cellphone late Sunday, Nassau County police said.

First Squad detectives said the three suspects entered the rear door of the Da Fu Hao Chinese restaurant at 135A Babylon Tpke. at about 9:30 p.m.

A man and a woman, each 37, were working in the restaurant at the time.

One suspect approached the woman at the register and put what she believed to be a handgun in her back, police said.

Another suspect demanded money and the phone; after getting an unspecified amount of cash and the phone, the three left using the rear door, police said.
