Man who robbed People’s United Bank in Babylon sought, cops say

Suffolk County police are looking for a man who robbed a Babylon bank on Thursday, March 2, 2017. Police said the robber is a male, 25 to 35 years old, 6-foot and 175 to 200 pounds. He wore a black nylon bomber jacket, bluejeans and a black knit hat, police said. Credit: SCPD
Suffolk County police are looking for a man who robbed a Babylon bank on Thursday afternoon.
Authorities said the man entered the People’s United Bank branch on Deer Park Avenue and handed a teller a note demanding cash. The teller obeyed and the robber fled on foot.
Police said the man is 25 to 35 years old, 6-foot and 175 to 200 pounds. He wore a black nylon bomber jacket, bluejeans and a black knit hat, police said.
