Man grabs cash from East Patchogue gas station, flees, cops say

An East Patchogue gas station was robbed about midnight on Sunday, Suffolk police said.
A clerk at a Valero gas station, at 151 Hospital Rd., was counting money when a man entered, took some cash from the register, and then fled, police said. There was no weapon, police said.
Suffolk police patrol units responded and the case remains under investigation.
