Police are seeking the public’s help in finding a man who they said stole salon and beauty products from at least seven Suffolk County CVS drugstores in just four hours.

The man stole the products on March 26 between the hours of 4:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. and fled in a vehicle described as a dark-colored sedan, possibly a Mercury, police said.

More than $1,000 in products was stolen during each incident, police said, and CVS stores in East Islip and Bay Shore are among those that were hit.

Anyone with information about these thefts is asked to call anonymously to Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. Crime Stoppers offers a cash reward of up to $5,000 for information that leads to an arrest.
