Police probe armed robbery at Bay Shore cellphone store

An undetermined amount of cash was stolen during an armed robbery at a Bay Shore cellphone store, Suffolk County police said Tuesday.
Police said the robbery at Tele-Mundo Communications & Services on Fifth Avenue happened about 7 p.m. Monday.
More details were not immediately available, other than that the money was taken by “a man armed with a gun.”
The investigation is continuing.
