The man entered the TD Bank, 3222 Sunrise Hwy at about 3:55 p.m. After obtaining money from a teller, he fled west on foot along Sunrise Highway, and then south on Jones Avenue, police said. It's not known whether the man had a weapon.

Thirteen employees and six customers were inside the bank during the robbery. There were no injuries.

The suspect was described as a black male with a dark complexion, 30 to 40 years old and about 5 feet 10 inches tall. He wore a baby-blue baseball cap, tinted glasses, white shirt, a dark, waist-length jacket and jeans.
