She took the wallet, but was caught on video surveillance, Suffolk County police said.

Now, the cops are trying to track her down and arrest her.

The incident, being considered a grand larceny, occurred at a ShopRite store on College Road in Selden on Oct. 29 at about 5:15 p.m., police said.

Police said the woman, caught on the store surveillance system, took the wallet from the purse of a woman who was shopping in the store.

Credit cards from that wallet were later used at stores in Port Jefferson, Lake Grove and Centereach, according to the cops. Police did not say what the cards were used to purchase — and did not name the stores.

But, as a result, police have issued three photos of the woman, taken from the store surveillance, as well as a photo of her car. Police are trying to find the suspect.
