A Bay Shore man is facing kidnapping and other charges after he was found with an 11-year-old girl whom he allegedly met on social media, picked up from her Queens school and brought to his home, prosecutors said Friday.

Nicholas Wieber, 28, has been indicted on charges of first- and second-degree kidnapping and endangering the welfare of a child, Suffolk prosecutors said.

Supreme Court Justice Richard Ambro ordered Wieber held on $250,000 cash bail or a $500,000 bond at his arraignment.

Wieber entered a not guilty plea. His lawyer declined to comment when reached by phone Friday.

According to Suffolk prosecutors, Wieber started communicating with the child on the gaming application Discord in early December. His messages to the girl "quickly" took on a sexual nature, prosecutors said.

On Dec. 12, the girl was not at the school bus stop when her mother went to retrieve her after school. The girl’s friends told her mother that an older man had picked her up from school, prompting her to call the NYPD, prosecutors said.

Suffolk police, who assisted the NYPD, went to Wieber's home the next evening and found the child "in a state of undress in Wieber’s bed," prosecutors said.

Wieber was arrested at the scene. It is unclear how police were led to Wieber's home.

“This case underscores the exceptional work of law enforcement, whose coordinated response led to the recovery of a kidnapped child,” Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney said in a statement. “Their vigilance, skill, and determination ensured the child was found safely and returned to her parents without delay."

Wieber faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted. He is next due in court Feb. 17.
