Nassau County police arrested two people who, police said, stole a series of iPhones and Apple Watches from six T-Mobile stores.
Police said Elyanni Sesay, 19, of Brooklyn, and Lanizja Myers, 19, of Rosedale, Queens, stole merchandise from the stores between Sept. 29 and Nov. 4 and threatened employees with a Taser and pepper spray.
The first robbery occurred in Westbury and continued in Garden City, Mineola, Baldwin, Plainview and Valley Stream between 5 and 8 p.m., police said.
Police arrested the pair Thursday afternoon at an apartment complex in Jamaica, Queens.
Both were charged with five counts of first-degree robbery, grand larceny and criminal mischief. They appeared Friday in First District Court in Hempstead where bail was set at $50,000 bond or $25,000 cash.
