A man was arrested Saturday night and charged with drunken driving after he drove a 2008 BMW into a home in Sayville, police said.
Cody DeGiovine, 23, of Sayville, crashed into the house on Potomac Lane at about 9:55 p.m. on Saturday, Suffolk police said. There were no injuries.
DeGiovine was charged with driving while intoxicated, police said.
He was arraigned Sunday in Suffolk County First District Court and was given the option to post $3,000 bond or $1,500 cash, which he had not done as of Sunday night.
