Suffolk County police are looking for a man who robbed a Shirley bank on Wednesday morning.

The man entered the Capital One branch at 800 Montauk Hwy. at 9:50 a.m. and handed a note demanding cash to a teller, police said.

Police said the teller complied and the man fled the scene on foot.

Anyone with information about the crime is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-TIPS. All calls are confidential.
