Two people shot in Coram parking lot, Suffolk cops say

Suffolk County police are investigating the shooting of two people Friday in a strip mall parking lot in Coram.
Police were called to the Coram Commons at 16 Middle Country Rd. at 1:20 p.m. where the victims were found. They were taken to a nearby hospital and expected to recover from their injuries, police said.
Police have not provided any details about the victims or the circumstances of the shooting.
Detectives have not announced any arrests in the case.
