Suffolk cops: Man shot in hand, leg after scuffle in Amityville
A 25-year-old Copiague man was shot in the hand and leg after a scuffle outside Escape Lounge Inc. in Amityville Sunday morning.
Police said the shooting happened about 4 a.m. at the Broadway lounge and the victim was transported to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in East Patchogue for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
No further details were immediately available.
Police said anyone with information could call Crime Stoppers at 800-220-8477.
