Cops: Two in vehicle shot, wounded in Brentwood

Two male occupants of a vehicle at a Brentwood intersection Tuesday night were shot and wounded by an unknown assailant, Suffolk Police said.

Third Squad detectives are investigating the shootings, which occurred at about about 7:40 p.m. at the intersection of Mindres and Grant avenues.

The victims  took themselves to a hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, police said.
