Thomas Valva's elementary school principal testifies in murder trial

Thomas Valva's elementary school principal, Edward Schneyer, testified Tuesday in Riverhead that he and his staff were unsatisfied with the lack of results from CPS, so they attempted to flood the hotline with phone calls.
