Major Case Bureau detectives said the 2:58 a.m. robbery occurred at 333 Oak St. when three men entered the location and one of them threatened the 26-year-old store clerk with a handgun while the two others removed an undetermined amount of cash from the register.

The suspects ran from the scene and no one was injured, police said.

Police described the two male suspects as 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 5 feet, 7 inches tall, both wearing black colored masks and clothing, including a hooded sweatshirt; the female suspect, police said, stood 5 feet tall and wore a red colored mask and a black colored jacket.

Detectives ask anyone with information about the incident to call Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS. All callers will remain anonymous.
