Woman, 28, robbed while pushing stroller
Nassau police are looking for two men they said robbed a woman in New Cassel on Thursday as she was pushing her child in a stroller.
The incident occurred at 9:20 p.m. According to detectives, the men approached the 28-year-old woman as she was walking along Tennyson Avenue with her 1-year-old child in a stroller. The first man walked in front of the woman and blocked her path while the second man lifted the stroller and demanded her purse as he held a knife to the child. The first man then grabbed her purse and both fled on foot.
