Nassau police have arrested a Huntington woman they said pushed and dragged a 17-year-old girl under her care in a social services agency in Sea Cliff on Sunday.

Reneisha Goodridge, 27, of Forman Court, a child care worker at SCO Family of Services at 101 Downing Ave. in Sea Cliff, faces a charge of endangering the welfare of an incompetent/physically disabled person after an incident at the facility about 6 p.m. Sunday.

Her attorney could not be reached for comment.

Third Squad detectives said Goodridge argued with the victim, pushed her and “dragged her across the floor, causing bruising to her eye, scratches on her neck and a swollen lip.”

The victim was treated at the scene.

Officials at the facility conducted an investigation and notified police on Friday, police said, adding that Goodridge then surrendered to detectives at a location in Huntington.

She is scheduled to be arraigned Saturday in First District Court in Hempstead.
