George Rigas, 24, of 2412 Hudson St., was to be arraigned on the lewdness charge Friday in First District Court in Hempstead, police said.
Rigas, who was riding a bicycle on Camp Avenue in North Bellmore, exposed himself to a 17-year-old girl near the intersection of Elbert Avenue and Newbridge Road, police said.
About 15 minutes later, several students saw Rigas touching himself outside Woodland Middle School on Wenwood Drive in East Meadow, police said.
