FAA: Some departure delays at area airports
Some departures from area airports are being delayed as a result of weather conditions at destination airports, according to the Federal Aviation Administration.
Departures from Kennedy and Newark airports are experiencing delays of 1 hour, 16 minutes to 1 hour, 30 minutes, and flights from LaGuardia Airport, 45 to 59 minutes, according to the FAA.
