Times Square terror suspect Faisal Shahzad's home in Shelton, Conn., faced foreclosure next week after he defaulted on his mortgage, court records show.

Chase Home Finance Llc sued Shahzad in September over failure to pay his mortgage, according to records in Superior Court in Milford, Conn.

As of May 1, the unpaid balance on the mortgage - taken out in 2004 - was $200,673.49 plus interest, the records show.

A court clerk Tuesday said a hearing was scheduled for May 10, at which time a judge would rule on whether to turn the house over to Chase Home Finance.

Shahzad was arrested late Monday at Kennedy Airport, where he had been on a plane bound for Dubai, authorities said.
