A motorcyclist was killed Wednesday in a crash on Route 25A in Miller Place, Suffolk police said.

The man, who police did not identify, was westbound on a Suzuki GSX-R600 motorcycle at 9:55 p.m. when he collided with an eastbound 2017 Toyota Prius making a left onto Oakland Avenue, police said.

The motorcyclist was pronounced dead at the scene by a physician assistant from the Suffolk medical examiner's office, police said.
