Police ID driver killed in Northern State Parkway crash
State Police have identified the motorist who was killed Thursday in a single-car crash on the Northern State Parkway in Westbury.
Brandon Wilson, 34, of Westbury, was traveling eastbound on the parkway when the vehicle left the roadway, onto the southbound shoulder, and hit a pair of trees and a light pole, State Police said.
The crash occurred shortly before 2:30 p.m., east of Brush Hollow Road in Westbury, authorities said.
The crash is still under investigation and State Police are asking for anyone with any information to call 631-756-3300.
