Finding Santa across Long Island

Attention Long Island: Santa Claus is coming to town.
Here’s a list of some of his stops as the big day approaches:
NOV. 28
Montauk
See Santa at the 8th Annual Lighting of the Lighthouse, 4:30 to 8 p.m.
Southampton Village
Santa will join the fun at the holiday reception following the annual Christmas tree lighting, at 5:15 p.m. at the Southampton Cultural Center, 25 Pond Lane.
Huntington
Visit with Santa on Wall Street following the parade and street festival that start at 6 p.m.
Massapequa Park
Santa arrives on his sleigh at the village’s annual tree and menorah lighting ceremony at 5 p.m. in the Village Square, and will be available for photos at Carvel on Park Boulevard.
DEC. 3
Port Washington
Santa and some of his elves will be available for photos at the Port Holiday Magic Festival along Main Street, 5 to 8 p.m.
DEC. 4
Babylon
Santa will be at town hall in Lindenhurst at 7 p.m.
DEC. 5
Islip
Santa will be at a light parade hosted by the Chamber of Commerce at 5 p.m. at Town Hall, 655 Main St.
East Hampton Village
The Chamber of Commerce’s Santa Parade will feature visits with Santa between 11:15 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. at The Palm at The Huntting Inn, 94 Main St.
Southampton
Children can visit with Santa from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Southampton Chamber of Commerce, 76 Main St.
Westbury
Santa arrives at 4:30 p.m. in a fire engine and will hand out candy canes to children at 4 p.m. at the Westbury Village Recreation Center, 348 Post Ave.
Kings Park
Santa Claus will make an appearance on an old-fashioned fire truck at the Chamber of Commerce’s annual Christmas tree lighting, which starts at 4 p.m. at Veterans Plaza, in front of the Kings Park Library.
Smithtown
See Santa at the Historical Society’s annual Heritage Country Christmas event, from 3 to 7 p.m. at 239 E. Main St.
Amityville Village
The annual tree lighting is Dec. 5 at 5 p.m. at the gazebo on Broadway. The event will feature music, performances by local dance schools, caroling, free hot chocolate and a Santa Claus visit.
Seaford
Visit with Santa Claus at the Seaford Fire Department at 6:30 p.m.
DEC. 6
Lindenhurst
Santa will be at the village square from 1 to 3 p.m.
Babylon
Visit with Santa at the village’s annual tree lighting at 4 p.m. at Argyle Park.
DEC. 12
Southampton
Enjoy light refreshments and visits with Santa from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Rogers Memorial Library, 91 Coopers Farm Rd.
