Nassau police investigating three-vehicle Hicksville crash

Authorities are investigating a three-vehicle crash Sunday at the intersection of Old Country Road and Jerusalem Avenue in Hicksville, Nassau County police said.
It was not immediately known if there were any injuries.
A Nassau County police spokesman said the call about the accident came in shortly after 9:40 a.m., but he had no additional information available on the crash.
A photograph from the scene shows Hicksville firefighters using rescue equipment to free a driver trapped in one of the cars.
