MICHELLE AND ANDREW BROOK, of Levittown, were wed March 13, 1994, at the Crest Hollow Country Club in Woodbury. Andrew is a teacher in Brooklyn and Michelle is a home care provider. They have two children. They plan to celebrate with a trip to the Bahamas.
