A 2003 Toyota Corolla was stolen from a Deer Park Avenue parking lot May 9.
Baywood
A debit card was stolen from a 2002 Suzuki on North Thompson Drive May 11.
Several computers were stolen from a Paradise Lane office building May 10. Entry was gained by smashing a window.
Credit cards and a GPS unit were stolen from an unlocked 2002 Chevrolet parked in a Cori Lane driveway May 10.
A black 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee was stolen from a Wendy's restaurant parking lot on Jericho Turnpike May 10.
Jewelry was stolen from a Biscayne Drive residence May 12. Entry was gained through a rear window.
Two men stole beer from an East Suffolk Avenue store May 9.
A Lindenhurst man, 41, was arrested May 13 at the Great Neck Road Elementary School and charged with three counts of making graffiti and one count of possessing graffiti instruments. The suspect was observed spraying "No Unions" and "Vouchers" on a sign that informed voters of an upcoming budget referendum. He is also a suspect in other reported graffiti incidents.
Deer Park
Tires and rims were stolen from a 2010 Honda parked in a Nicolls Road driveway May 10.
A woman's purse containing credit cards, jewelry and a driver's license was stolen at the Kohl's store on Commack Road May 9.
The rear window of a vehicle parked on Liberty Street was damaged May 11.
A Panasonic camcorder, cash and a wristwatch was stolen from an Avenue B house May 10. The front door was kicked in to gain entry.
The Ronkonkoma Fire Department extinguished a fire in a wooded section of Ackerly Lane May 11. Some trees sustained damage. Underaged youths were served with appearance tickets for family court for allegedly setting the fire.
The passenger-side window of a vehicle parked on Hallock Road was discovered broken May 9. An iPod was reported stolen.
Fashion jewelry from a Lakewood Avenue house was stolen May 10.
An Alpine stereo and navigation system were stolen from a 2007 Toyota Corolla May 10. The vehicle had been parked in a Foster Road driveway.
Lindenhurst
A lawn mower, weed trimmer and a door were stolen from a shed at an East John Street house May 10.
A radio and an iPod were stolen May 11 from a 1994 Ford Explorer parked on South Travis Street. The steering column of the vehicle was damaged in the process.
Cash, jewelry, computers and a PlayStation game unit were stolen from a Cahill Street house May 11.
Tools and copper piping were stolen from a vacant house on Locust Drive May 10. Entry was apparently made through a basement window.

A 1996 Honda Odyssey was stolen from a location on Little East Neck Road May 10.
The passenger-side window of a 1999 Mercedes-Benz parked on Columbia Street was smashed May 11.
A green mountain bike was stolen from a Little East Neck Road house May 12.
Money and two iPods were stolen from a Wavecrest Avenue house May 11. Entry was gained by kicking in a door.
ELSEWHERE
A GPS unit and an American Express credit card were stolen from a 2004 Jeep parked in a Quay Court driveway.
Commack
A laptop computer was stolen from the Lilliput Nursery School on Verbena Drive May 10.
Two men fled after smashing the window of a 2005 Toyota parked at a Peppermill Lane location May 10.
