A Rolex watch was stolen from the bedroom of a Newpoint Place house during a yard sale July 11.
Babylon
A blue 2003 four-door Kia was stolen from a Park Avenue driveway July 12.
Windows were smashed on an Adirondack Trailways bus at the George Street train station parking lot on July 11.
Cable drills, a cordless drill, drill bits, hand tools, an acetylene torch set and saws were stolen from a car parked in a Bayport Avenue driveway July 11.
A Bay Shore man, 22, was arrested July 16 at a Second Avenue location and charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief for intentionally damaging another person's phone.
An Amityville woman, 23, was arrested and charged with petty larceny July 12. The arrest was based on a shoplifting incident at an Old Navy store on Sunrise Highway.
Noisy Toys on Suffolk Avenue reported a theft of service incident July 12.
Four blue rolling recycling bins filled with shredded paper were stolen from Data Device Corp. on Wilbur Place July 11.
The rear passenger-side tire of a 2002 Dodge Ram parked in a Smithtown Polk Boulevard driveway was found slashed July 16. The side of the vehicle was also damaged.
Copper piping was stolen from an unoccupied Pinewood Avenue house July 13.
Vitamins were stolen from CVS Pharmacy on Wheeler Road on July 11.
A catalytic converter was stolen from a 2005 Toyota Tundra parked in the Long Island Rail Road lot on Pineaire Drive July 13.
Someone entered an Overlook Drive house July 12 by kicking open a rear door. No property was taken.
A 2005 Ford Taurus was stolen from a Greenbelt Parkway residence July 12. The vehicle was later recovered on Loop Drive in Sayville.
Islip
Someone stole items from Pathmark on Islip Avenue on July 15 and then fled.
Graffiti was found on the outside of the East Islip Animal Hospital on Main Street July 14.
Jewelry and a PlayStation game unit were stolen from a Bentley Road home July 15.
Items including an Xbox 360 and games, jewelry, a laptop computer and a digital camera were stolen from a Spur Drive North residence July 12. Entry was gained through a basement bathroom window.
A burglary was reported at the Cores Galore automotive parts supply store on Christopher Street July 11. A lock on a storage area was broken and four full propane tanks were stolen.
A wallet was reported stolen from within a medical building on Technology Drive July 14. The wallet contained a checkbook, credit cards, and cash.
Jewelry, a digital camera and numerous Indian head nickels were stolen from an Upper Sheep Pasture Road residence July 16. Entry was gained through a rear window.
Tools from a vehicle parked at Statewide Installations on Mahan Street were discovered stolen July 16.
A 46-inch flat screen TV and a computer were stolen from a Waterford Drive home July 11. A rear door had been forced open to gain entry.
Items were stolen from an Elm Street residence on July 15.
Four men stole a Schwinn bike from its owner at South 26th Street and Jamaica Avenue July 12.
ELSEWHERE
Damage to interior doors of an Elmwood Drive home was discovered July 14. Entry to the home was unknown and no items were taken.
The windshield of a vehicle parked on Village Drive West was found smashed July 12.
Tires were slashed and the hood was scratched on a 1998 Chevrolet July 12. The car was parked in a Hewlett Avenue driveway.
Ronkonkoma
A theft was reported July 11 at Cores Galore, an automotive parts supplier on Christopher Street. A lock on a storage area was broken and four full propane tanks stolen.
Copper piping was stolen from a South Evergreen Drive house under construction July 17.
Setauket
A wallet was stolen from within a medical building on Technology Drive July 14. The wallet contained a checkbook, credit cards, and cash.
