A dirt bike was stolen from the bed of a truck parked in a residential driveway on Westminster Drive June 13.
The driver-side window of a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer on Westminster Drive was broken June 13. A wallet containing credit cards and a laptop computer case were reported stolen.
An ornamental statue of a lion was stolen from a residential property on Smithtown Avenue June 14. The statue was later recovered undamaged.
The window of a car parked at a Third Street location was broken June 13.
Cash was stolen from a Suffolk Avenue laundry store June 13. Entry was gained though the rear door.
The driver-side window of a car parked at a Claywood Drive house was broken June 13.
A Central Islip man, 46, was arrested June 14 and charged with petty larceny. He is accused of stealing a large amount of Colgate toothpaste from the Dollar Tree store on Research Drive.
A Brentwood man, 35, was arrested June 14 and charged with second-degree burglary. He is accused of entering an unoccupied house on Joshua's Path and stealing assorted metal building materials.
Several feet of copper piping was stolen from a vacant house on Palm Street June 14.
The catalytic converter was stolen from a Jeep parked in the Tanger Outlets at The Arches parking lot on June 13.
A 2001 Jeep was stolen from a Timber Ridge Drive location June 14.
The mailbox in front of a house on Laurel Road was discovered missing June 14.
Jewelry and cash were stolen from a Smith Avenue residence June 14, Entry was gained by cutting a screen on a first floor window.
A laptop computer, jewelry and a safe were reported stolen from a house on Richard Court June 14.
A mailbox in front of a house on South Eighth Street was damaged June 14.
A 1994 Nissan Sentra was stolen from a residential driveway on Essen Drive June 14.
Three teenagers were seen breaking the wood post to a mailbox at a house on Pamlico Avenue June 13.
A Gemini DJ system and two dirt bikes were stolen from the rear yard of a house on Fulton Street June 14.
A motorized wheelchair was stolen from the backyard of a house on Lindsay Avenue June 18.
A pizza deliveryman unknowingly delivered an order to a vacant house on Straight Path June 14. Unknown persons then took the pizza from him and fled without paying.
ELSEWHERE
The theft of cable boxes was discovered June 18 at an apartment on Little Neck Road. Damage to the apartment's toilet, bathroom sink and bathtub was also reported.
A park bench was stolen from a house on Rogers Drive June 16.
A wallet containing cash and credit cards was taken from a shopping cart at the Pathmark supermarket on Old Country Road June 18.
Two lawn decorations were removed from cement pillars at a house on Carman Road June 18.
The motor of a pool filtration system was stolen June 16 from a residential backyard on Talcot Drive.
A bicycle was stolen from an Ashford Lane residence June 17.
The rear basement window of a house under construction on Rambling Road was broken June 19. Assorted tools were reported stolen.
Greenlawn
A Greenlawn man, 19, was arrested June 13 and charged with third-degree grand larceny. He is accused of stealing a 2003 Ford van from a Wyckoff Street location.
A credit card was stolen from a 1996 Mercury parked in a Healy Street driveway June 13.
Two tires and two rims were stolen from a 2010 Honda Accord parked in a driveway on Marie Drive June 18.
A pool at a residence on Central Park was damaged June 19.
A man was robbed of his wallet at the intersection of New York Avenue and West Fourth Street June 15. The wallet contained $300 cash.
Jewelry and cash were stolen from a house on West Pulaski Road June 14. Entry was gained through an unlocked rear window.
