Copiague: Richard Lucken seeks to retain an accessory structure (grade-level deck) with insufficient distance to east lot line, property located on the north side of Shore Drive North, east of Lagoon Drive.

Lindenhurst: Sunrise Plaza Associates, LP seeks to replace an existing multitenant directory sign and increase sign area that requires a landscaped area be provided, property located on the northeast corner of Sunrise Highway and North Clinton Avenue.

North Babylon: Sounds Good Inc., dba Parkway Car Stereo/Jam Too (property owner), seeks to renew a special-exception permit to use a public garage for the installation and sales of automobile radios, stereos and alarm systems in connection with an existing building (previously approved for three years), property located on the east side of Deer Park Avenue, north of Weeks Road.

West Babylon: Venture Holding and Management Corp. seeks a special-exception permit to use a public garage for the sale of fire and rescue vehicles, conduct auto body repairs and lift previously imposed covenants and restrictions that state, "the use of the premises in any manner for the sale or rental or offering for sale or rent of used automobiles, trailers, or any other vehicle shall be prohibited at all times except by approval of the Town of Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals" and "no painting or rust removal", all in connection with an existing building, property located on the southwest corner of Patton Avenue and Otis Street.
