Cemetery Corp. seeks a permit for auto and truck repair shop for private use in an existing building, north side of Edison Avenue between Bell and Cabot streets.

Deer Park: REO Equity Management LLC seeks to retain a rear sunroom with insufficient rear-yard setback with roof overhang encroachment, west side of West Fourth Street, north of Oakland Avenue.

Deer Park: Wayne Prucha seeks to build a rear addition with insufficient west-side yard and building area with roof overhang encroachment, south side of Rutland Street, east of Deer Park Boulevard.

Lindenhurst: Haci Unser seeks to retain a front porch and shed with insufficient front-yard setback with roof overhang and stoop encroachment and distance to south and rear lot lines, southeast corner of Jackson Avenue and 51st Street.
