Deer Park: REO Equity Management LLC seeks to retain a rear sunroom with insufficient rear-yard setback with roof overhang encroachment, west side of West Fourth Street, north of Oakland Avenue.
Deer Park: Wayne Prucha seeks to build a rear addition with insufficient west-side yard and building area with roof overhang encroachment, south side of Rutland Street, east of Deer Park Boulevard.
