Deer Park: James Jackson seeks to build a one-family dwelling with internal garage and front porch with insufficient width at front street line, lot area, east side yard, west side yard and building area with roof overhang, chimney and stoop encroachments, south side of Oak Street, west of Jefferson Avenue.

a special-exception permit for a truck repair shop for the sale of used trucks and for outdoor storage and display of trucks (not permitted) in connection with an existing building (previously approved for one year), south side of Fulton Street (Babylon Farmingdale Road), east of Carmans Road.
