At its Jan. 21 meeting, the Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals:

Copiague: Granted Gursim Holding, Inc. permission, pursuant to addendum with condition that there be no subdivision, to retain

an enclosed porch with insufficient front-yard setback with stoop encroachment, north side of

43rd Street.

Copiague: Granted Fine Line Auto Body Corp. a special-exception permit, for one year, to conduct a public garage as an auto body repair shop in connection with an existing building, southwest corner of Oak Street and Garfield Avenue.

Deer Park: Granted Revolution Motors Group a special-exception permit, for one year, to conduct a public garage as an auto repair shop in connection with a portion of an existing building, east side of Skidmore Road, north of Bay Shore Road.

North Babylon: Granted Janet Zoeller permission to build a second-story addition and front porch and retain a rear-enclosed porch, with condition that front porch not be enclosed, with insufficient front-yard setback and side yards with roof overhang, stoop and chimney encroachment, north side of Mohawk Drive.

West Babylon: Granted Paul Galinson permission, with

Wyandanch: Granted First Straight Path Realty Inc. permission, with condition, to build a retail building with insufficient rear-yard setback, northeast corner of Straight Path.
