Deer Park: Route 112 Partners seeks a special-exception permit to conduct a public garage as an auto repair shop in connection with an existing building, south side of Long Island Avenue, east of Commack Road.
Deer Park: Richard Holzmaier seeks to build a front porch, rear addition and rear porch and retain a shed with insufficient front-yard setback and north side yard with roof overhang and stoop encroachment and insufficient distance to street line, northeast corner of West 20th Street and Park Avenue.
Farmingdale: Twenty Smith Street Realty Llc seeks renewal of permission to increase sign area in connection with an existing ground (directory) sign (previously
