Deer Park: Thomas Fitzgerald seeks permission to retain a shed with insufficient distance to north side lot line, northwest corner of Irving Avenue and Leo Lane.

Deer Park: John Keppler seeks to retain an above-ground pool with insufficient distance to south side lot line, east side of Morris Drive, north of Old Country Road.

Deer Park: Lorraine Boutin seeks to build a second-story addition with insufficient front-yard setback and south side yard with roof overhang and chimney encroachment, west side of West Second Street, north of Lake Avenue.

North Babylon: Eileen Roberto seeks to retain an above-ground pool with deck with two stairs with insufficient distance to street line, northwest corner of Farhan Lane and Maybrook Road.

North Babylon: Daniel Hellem seeks to rebuild a one-family dwelling with a one-car attached garage and front porch with insufficient front-yard setback and north side yard with roof overhang and stoop encroachment and increase garage area, west side of Empire Avenue, north of Barnum Street.

West Babylon: HSBC Bank seeks to retain a non-conforming ground sign (previously approved for three years) and increase area of ground sign and diminish front-yard setback, north side of Route 109, east of Platt Avenue.

Wheatley Heights: Wild Etienne seeks to retain a second-story rear deck with stairs with insufficient rear-yard setback, northwest corner of North 16th Street and Nicolls Road.
