Farmingdale: Granted S.A.V. Properties Inc. (property owner) dba S.A.V. Truck Center, Inc. a special-exception permit, for two years, subject to filing public garage covenant and restrictions, for truck repair shop and for the sale of used trucks; for outdoor storage and display of trucks (not permitted) in connection with an existing building (previously approved for one year), south side of Fulton Street (Babylon Farmingdale Road), east of Carmans Road.
