Deer Park: Granted AFSCO Realty LLC a special-exception permit, for three years, for the sale of used cars and for auto repair; for outdoor storage of cars in side yard (not permitted) in connection with an existing building (previously approved for one year) with covenant, restriction and condition, east side of Lucon Drive, south of Grand Boulevard.

Farmingdale: Granted S.A.V. Properties Inc. (property owner) dba S.A.V. Truck Center, Inc. a special-exception permit, for two years, subject to filing public garage covenant and restrictions, for truck repair shop and for the sale of used trucks; for outdoor storage and display of trucks (not permitted) in connection with an existing building (previously approved for one year), south side of Fulton Street (Babylon Farmingdale Road), east of Carmans Road.

Farmingdale: Granted Gabriella LI Realty LLC (property owner)/R&J Graphics Inc. (tenant) permission to build a front addition to an industrial building with insufficient front-yard setback, south side of Central Avenue, east of New Highway.
