At its Dec. 10 meeting, the Babylon Zoning Board of Appeals:
Copiague: Granted Angel Paulino permission to retain a shed with insufficient distance to north lot line and the variance for awning was referred to counsel, all with insufficient distance to north line, west side of Cabota Avenue, south of Daly Place.
Deer Park: Granted Al Collision Specialists Corp. (tenant)/ R.L.P. Building Corp. (property owner), a special-exception permit, for two years, to conduct a public garage as an auto repair shop; for outdoor storage in the side yard of cars waiting for repair in connection with an existing building, east side of Skidmore Road, south of DeKay Place.
Lindenhurst: Granted Laura Lee DeSimone permission, as amended, to retain a side deck with two stairs and a shed with insufficient building area, distance to north-side lot line and rear-lot line and distance to north-side lot line, west side of West Riviera Drive, north of West Saltaire Road.
North Babylon: Granted Robert Nielsen permission to retain a one-car detached garage and a shed with insufficient garage area and allowable area, west side of Phelps Lane, north of Justamere Lane.
