Deer Park: Herman Auto Body/Tuppins Per Day Holdings seeks a permit for a public garage as an auto body shop, west side of Brook Avenue, north of Bay Shore Road.
Lindenhurst: Gershow Recycling of Lindenhurst, Inc./Kelpam Realty Corp., seeks a special-use permit for the expansion of an existing junk yard outside the permitted area or zone in connection with an existing building, south side of Muncy Avenue, west of Henry Street.
North Babylon: Vito Vricella seeks to retain a two-family dwelling and lift previously imposed covenant and restriction "that dwelling not be used as a two-
family," west side of St. George Avenue, south of Garnet Avenue.
